Leaders, managers and employee performance. Volumes have been written of us still struggle to understand the management behaviors that will result in the best employee performance.In this lunch session we’ll take a look the link between the behavior of a manager, the behaviors of those who work for them, and how this helps or hinders performance. Whether you are a formal or informal manager, this session will help you think about how your behaviors can influence the performance of those you are leading. This will be a session filled with activity, self-discovery, and information-sharing. Come prepared to participate!
