Grand View College is forming a brand-new student chapter, and the faculty coordinator, Therese Judge, wants to stir up interest in STC. Join this committee to have a chance to reach out to local students, and brush up your presentation skills.

Are you interested in layout and design? Help our chapter by assisting PR manager Leslie Akehurst to create brochures and post cards to send to new and prospective members. Take advantage of the chance to brush up on your design skills and contact Leslie at lakehur@shazam.net.

Scholarship Committee

Committee members are needed to review and update the scholarship application for the 2008—2009 year.

Leadership Experience

Volunteer to assist with planning a meeting, contacting a speaker, welcoming a new member, or posting an item to our Web site! Volunteering for one small task will help the chapter and give you a chance to find out if you’d like to volunteer for STC-Central Iowa on a regular basis.
