Obtaining quality documentation reviews is a perennial problem in the doc development cycle. Versions 8 and 9 of Adobe Acrobat provide a tool that enables you to solicit, obtain, and manage world-wide document reviews with a minimum amount of effort. Chris Thiessen and Scott McCallum of Emerson Process Management discuss the benefits and challenges of this technique.
